Sun at Six is a furniture design studio that aims to create spaces that are simple, gentle, restorative, nourishing, open, and natural. They work hard to find quality, sustainably sourced hardwoods, which are air-dried, hand-sealed, and carefully kiln-dried according to their own recipes. Sun at Six sources leather from a family-owned tannery in Italy, and work with traditional Chinese joinery masters, who hand build each piece of furniture using fading, ancient joinery techniques.

The thing we love most about this piece and all of Sun at Six's work is their craftsmanship and attention to detail. We think the Sitka Side Table is clean, and versatile with use as a side table in the living room or office, to a night stand in the bedroom. Our favorite feature is the drawer, a great way for all things to have home...like the remote!
